To support the best clinical outcomes, different appointment lengths are offered depending on where you are in your treatment journey.
Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is a comprehensive 90-minute session. This allows time for a full health history, Chinese medicine diagnosis, discussion of your goals, and your first acupuncture treatment.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Fee: $185
Follow-Up Consultation
Follow-up appointments are focused treatment sessions to continue your care plan, track progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
Duration: 1 hour
Fee: $150
Short Follow-Up or Maintenance Session
These sessions are ideal for clients who are already on an established treatment plan and need a shorter maintenance or protocol-based treatment. Suitable where assessment time is minimal and the treatment approach has already been clearly discussed.
Duration: 30 minutes
Fee: $100
Cupping Session
A focused cupping treatment to support muscle tension, pain, circulation, and recovery.
Duration: 30 minutes
Fee: $85
Gua Sha Session
A therapeutic Gua Sha treatment to release tension, improve circulation, and support healing and mobility.
Duration: 30 minutes
Fee: $85
